I really did hope that this episode'll feature the lovely terrorist couple again... no, I was completely convinced we'd get to see them one last time before Junjo Romantica draws to an end... but at this rate the odds of Shinobu and our dear Sensei ever appearing on screen again are against us... And just as a side note... only 3 more episodes to go... and then it's over! Probably for good...

AAAH! Finally!!! I've been waiting for terrorist ever since the first season ended! This is like heaven for me! All the Angst, no more of Misaki's squealing (as much as I love him, he pisses me off sometimes) or Hiroki's ignorance! This might as well be the most anticipated part of all Junjo Romantica (at least in my little world)!
But... oh my... their english was rather... how should I put this... awful, embarrassing, unnecessary, shocking, hilarious... I could go on...
But don't mind all my fanatical ranting, go enjoy the episode instead~~

Hetalia - Axis Powers ~ New Yaoi Anime Series in coming!

Good news for all Yaoi fans! Studio Deen is currently working on the Anime adaptation of a very popular webmanga called Hetalia - Axis Powers. This brand new Yaoi series will start airing at the end of January '09. Aarinfantasy already stated that they're interested in subbing it!
I must admit that I've never heard of this particular manga and I can share only very few sparse facts with you.
Hetalia is about the world's countries turning into bishonen and leaving to play out World History... each country features intense stereotypes and boy's love fills up the gapes in between, emphazed with marriages (countries merging) and divorces (countires splitting).
*cough* but now to a more serious description:
'Studio DEEN's television anime version of Hidekazu Himaruya's Hetalia - Axis Powers web manga has been announced via the launch of the anime's official Japanese website. The "cynical gag" story mainly recounts the era between World War I and World War II, with the stereotypical characteristics of each country or region (particularly northern Italy) anthropomorphized as bish?nen. For example, Italia Veneziano is into pasta and women. Deutsch (Germany) loves potatoes and sausages, and Nippon is an otaku boy. Installments of the manga have jumped back and forth in setting from the ancient times to modern-day geopolitics. The manga's title comes the Japanese words for "useless" (hetare) and Italy (Italia).
The manga was compiled this past March by Gentosha into one volume, of which over 250,000 copies were published. On August 15, the story will be also adapted into a drama CD and trading cards, with another CD coming in October.'

Haaaaah *content sigh*
After a horrible week of waiting we're finally able to watch a decently subbed episode 7! The delays will be the death of me... because every time a 'fake sub' or the raws spread on youtube, I'm very tempted to watch them instead of waiting. But since my japanese isn't the best it'd just spoil the whole thing and I'd be left behind in a confused heap on the dirty floor. And thank god we're done with 'Egoist' for at least 2 more episodes. (8th will feature Junjo Terrorist). Our lovely Usami and Misaki will once again grace the screen. Though the little uke should really work on his romantic side... and all those minor characters that're constantly barging into our lovely couple's live are starting to annoy me (in a pleasant way?! Is it even possible to feel annoyed and happy at the same time?)

Everybody who reads my blog from time to time should already be familiar with the fact that I don't really favor Junjo Egoist and it's couple, so I'll cut my complaints this time around.
Yeah... they should have thought of a new twist instead of taking the same 'third party obstacle' scheme from Romantica. It was nowhere near as thrilling as in episode 5 and made me roll my eyes unconsciously. With other words: You can't sell the same shit twice.
But as always, I'm not trying to spoil it for you viewers, so I'll just drop it, 'coz whining is for bitches...
Note: Sorry for all the cussing, but I'm currently threatened to be murdered by a big pile of work on my desk... I'll try to be a good little blogger next time, promise!

Well, I guess this was the delay they were talking about 2 weeks ago. It took them a few days longer than usual to find an acceptable RAW. But fear not! The waiting paid off eventually! Because this episode once again features our lovely Romantica couple! And we're already on the next jealousy trip... or whatever you wanna call it. And it seems like Misaki is still bling to Usami's love ... you know in a deeper way ~<3 even though he acts like the tough one all the time... or at least he's trying to do so. But OMG the twists! My head is still spinning from all the blazing events!
Anyways... enjoy this belated episode and keep in mind that the release date of the new Kirepapa OVA is due in a few days

Welcome to the premier of 'Hopeless Hollywood'! These blog entries will mostly contain Hollywood's failed attempts of ripping off awesome Japanese Anime and Manga series. Bashing might be a hard word and it's probably not nice to laugh at America's script writers for their recent loss of ideas in the movie-making, but some things just can't pass unnoticed...
Thus seeing Dragon Ball getting devoured by Hollywood jerk-offs hurts somewhere inside of me... I didn't even wanted to know anything about that movie until it's official release... but it was bound to happen anyway... Especially to people who are spending way too much time on the internet to just ignore all the pictures and videos... people like me for example.
I'm gonna watch it none the less, because you can't judge a movie by its trailer...
But on with the first impression/predictions of the characters and their relations... let's see...
Goku got the least-gokuish actor possible... he's gonna be a bit self-conscious, yet enthusiastic and hardcore when it comes to fighting... and apparently girls... which leads us directly to Chichi, who seems to have trouble with a prearranged wedding (some pictures showed with her with some not-goku guy at a wedding). ... but there is no Hollywood movie without a dramatic love story, even though canonly those two had very little passion going on.
And of course we can't miss out on Bulma the wannabe asian, with unbelievable skill in dealing with guns and all that bad-girl stuff... yeah, the same clumsy Bulma that scolded Goku all the time in the series. But hey! No need to worry, 'coz who-gives-a-shit-Mia will be her perfect opponent, giving super-Bulma more than a handful of bitch to battle. I don't even know what to think of her, maybe she's gonna be Piccolo's f***-toy... I mean villain + villain often equals a self destructive love-affair with steamy smex. Well, the namek got rid of his wonderful green color anyways... maybe he exchanged it for a functioning human reproductive organ? (Some of you know that Nameks might be hermaphrodites). But he will do fine as a white-trash bad-ass. He sure gathered enough experience in Buffy the vampire slayer.
Yamcha is definitely going to be a one man deputy for both Kuririn and Tenshinhan maybe there'll be a personality-disorder involved, I'm sure that everybody would love that. And Puar could take on the role of his imaginary pet/side-kick... if she'll even make an appearance that is.
Last but not least... Master Roshi... phew, wise he is... but will he fit into the role of a perverted geezer? His hair speaks against it... guess Turtle had to be cut out in order to save budget money for an additional hair-stylist...
About all other characters that should be somewhere in between... well stop hoping you'll get to see any of 'em... 'coz if who-gives-a-shit-Mia got her five seconds in the Trailer, any other minor characters most likely wont be featured in the movie.
Another thing that seemed kinda off was the great amount of Asians... or rather the lack of white people... do they think it'll attract a larger attendance? Who knows, maybe none of those fancy actors wanted to get laughed at?
Anyways... watch the trailer for yourself... my flaming criticism expired for today,
One of my next movie bashings will feature Death Note 'the new Hollywood rip-off', so look forward to it.

Well... looks like it's once again time for Junjo Egoist... The only couple in Junjo Romantica I ain't really that eager to watch... Why, you ask? I'm not 100% sure about that myself... at least I can't really pick one specific reason out of the big bag of complaints I have about that pairing... but I guess a few examples will do just as fine... for one thing, it's brutally sappy... their over-dramatized quarrels and subsequent make-up sessions are getting more and more ridiculous by each Egoist episode... and for another thing... Hiroki's being a dick most of the time, while Nowaki's acting like a brainless little puppet...
Maybe my grounds do seem to have a flaming base, because lots of fans love 'em to hell and back... but from my point of view, they're just not working out together ...
Anyway... It's not my intention to make you dislike them... just wanted to make a clean breast of it... so enjoy the new episode.
